Where do you ship from? 

I ship from Denmark :)

Please note I am not responsible for any fees in relation to customs/import or tarrif in other countries - these are to be paid by the customer.

Make sure to check with your own state/country etc. to get mor information about limits/values for import.

To see if I ship to your location, please select a minimum of 1 item and add it to your cart. Attempt to check out, without completing the checkout process. If you are able to select your location, I can ship to you :)

    Please note that when choosing 'tracked shipping', more locations are available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the value of your order and/or the type of shipping you choose.

I offer 'standard shipping' and 'tracked shipping'.

Standard shipping (No tracking number):

- Orders of 0-100$ = 7$ shipping

- Orders of 100-150$ = 10$ shipping

- Orders of 150$ or above = 15$ shipping

Tracked shipping

Tracked shipping, no matter the order value = 22$

*I always combine orders, if multiple orders are placed before they've been shipped.

when will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched on Mondays.

Unfortunately, I am unable to give you an exact time frame as this is not something I am in control of and shipping times can vary depending on multiple factors. eg the time of the year (busy periods like the holidays or similar).

However, I can provide you with some estimated time frames:

Denmark: 3-5 days

EU (European union): 1½-2 weeks

Outside of the EU: 1½-3 weeks

- Orders shipped to Canada appear to sometimes reach their destination later than the estimates stated above. For questions, please do contact me.

*As mentioned, these are estimates and can vary. In some cases shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks.

At this time, I do not have set dates for when items are listed.

As much as I would love to help, I cannot say when items will be up and available - I post new work when the pieces have been completed and I've had a chance to create the listings.

Usually, the items shown in new posts on my social media accounts are indicators of pieces that will be listed in the future. But I cannot answer this question via email, messages etc.

The miniatures I make are one of a kind - sometimes I'll make a few of a piece, sometimes I'll make 1, so though I understand that you're asking this question because you're interested in purchasing a piece you saw,

Unfortunately, I cannot give individual updates in relation to 'when' something will be listed, 'if' it has been listed & sold already etc.

Sometimes I'll be working on pieces, and I might finish 1 or 2 - and post a picture,. But that is sadly not a guarantee that it'll be available at all.

I might decide that I'm no longer inspired to complete those pieces,. Maybe they're made specifically with the purpose of being used on prep boards or other arrangements,. or in some cases I may be overwhelmed with the amount of messages I receive about certain pieces, knowing that I only have 1.

I know this isn't ideal - but the only answer I can give you is, that if you see something in my shop that you're interested in, that's awesome.

To a limited extend. Because I have to prioritize keeping a stash of ceramics to use for my own work, I don't list 'loose' ceramics very often, but they may appear in the shop in small quantities every now and then :)

In cases where molds might be required, I am a big supporter of only using molds made from your own work.

There are websites online that will offer a variety of molds that might be exactly what you're looking for, but never make molds from mine or other artist's work, that is never okay.

I have recent tutorials available through a couple of different platforms.

The first type are the tutorials available through my website - You can find these in my shop under the tab 'tutorials'.

Although the ceramics tutorial is in video format, these will mostly be presented as PDF's with step by step pictures and descriptions in english.

The second type are the tutorials I post through Skillshare. These are video tutorials.
